PrestaShop caching features are disabled - 1-Click Upgrade error

The solution to this surprising error is to go to Configure->Advanced->Performance, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and disable "Use Cache" in the Cache section.
Then you need to update and after that you can enable the cache again.
